Thank you very much. I was really impressed with the quality of plants I received. They were much better than other companies. I am experimenting with growing organic raspberries here in Oklahoma. Not a big raspberry producing state, but there is good demand. Hope to do business with you again next year.

Thank you very much.

Hi,

I am writing to thank you for the high quality plants. This year we planted 66 blueberry bushes, 36 raspberries, 12 rhubarbs and 500 strawberries. After two weeks in the ground every single plant is doing great. The blueberry plants were especially nice. They are already showing strong growth.

Hi: Just received and planted order #115234 this afternoon. Could not ask for better quality and size of the plants. Wish I had more room in my yard. In my fifty+ years of purchasing plants from nurseries no one does it better. Keep up the good work. Sincerely,

The strawberry plants we received had the best root system of any I have ever ordered. If the strawberries are this good, we can't wait to see what the blueberries look like!

Hi,

Just wanted to inform you of how pleased I am with the Kiowa blackberries you provided me. I had purchased some berries from another online business and was less than satisfied with the quality of the plants received. Having read the positive testimonials about Nourse, I decided to give you a try. Suffice it to say, the blackberries I received from your company were at least 10X better. This is not hyperbole either, the root systems on your plants probably averaged about 18 inches long versus maybe 3 or 4 inches on my plants from the other company. And when planted in the ground, they really took off, showing new growth within 2 weeks and now, some vines are approaching 5ft. long in only about 2 months time.

Thanks for providing such vigorous and healthy plants to the home gardener.

Wow! Just received (and planted) my order of Triple Crown blackberries.

Great stock -amazing roots - not a couple little spindly roots, but masses of roots.

Thank You - you are now on my "favorites" listing.

I received very healthy plants with straightforward planting instructions. I have recommended your products to several friends who enjoy back-yard gardening. I will certainly purchase plants from Nourse again!

I am very happy. The strawberries shipped the week requested and the plants looked good. Once in the ground they all sprouted quickly.

I will order from Nourse in the future.

The order I just got is of excellent quality. I can't thank you enough. The sizes are more than I had come to expect from others in your business. Nourse Farms is truly the BEST. Thanks and God bless your company and staff...

Bought your blueberry plants last summer. They arrived in tiptop condition. Followed your planting recommendations but also added "copperas" to the amended soil. Lowers PH much faster than sulfur. Now that plants are growing will combine sulfur and copperas and look forward to a pie this summer. Your service, price, plants, and information are unmatched anywhere! So glad I found you and hope many more do!

Dear Nathan, Tim, Vickie, and the helpful woman who took my order this morning:

I wanted to thank all of you for your patience and for all the helpful information regarding strawberry varieties and plasticulture technique. As the orders I've placed with you indicate, it's been a confusing spring for me. You have always provided Land's Sake great products and service, and this year your accommodations are noteworthy.

Thanks again,

Mike Raymond, Land's Sake

Dear Nourse Family, I am writing just to tell you that I am very pleased with the small purchase I made a few weeks ago. I bought five bare-root Royalty raspberry bushes. In each of the last three years I bought some bare-root Royalty raspberry plants from a local nursery - a very good local nursery - but none of them ever grew. In the third year (last year), the nursery gave me the three plants because nothing had grown in the two previous years. This year I went onto the internet and found Nourse Farms. I bought five plants and a small quantity of Agri-gel. The plants arrived on May 26 (shipped on May 23rd) and they were planted on May 27. Within a few days all five of the plants had leaves and they are all looking healthy. They were all planted in "empty" spaced between older Royalty raspberry bushes that I had had planted in 1998. I am delighted! So, thank you, Nourse Family, for providing me with five very healthy raspberry plants. Your plants have made me very happy and I just wanted to share that happiness with you.

I just wanted you to know that I placed another smaller order for you raspberries this year for somewhat of an experimental plot. I have had very poor success with the Lauren and Encore varieties with dying and rust. However, my Jewel and Royalty plants are incredibly beautiful. I also wanted to compliment you on the people I speak with when ordering. I have never asked for their names, but they are the most knowledgeable and courteous people I have ever dealt with. We hope to be able to visit your nursery next summer. Many thanks for all the help and the wonderful plants,

Last year I purchased Honeoye plants from you. I had space 4 feet square and planted 20 plants in it, a raised garden. My plants are 16 inches high, heavy foliage and each plant has 30 to 40 berries on it. They are now getting ripe, are nice large berries and very good. As a youngster picked hundreds of quarts of strawberries and planted many hundreds of plants. I have never seen the quality of plants I purchased from Nourse. They are the finest I have ever seen. A happy customer,

Ordering from the internet can be hit or miss. I ordered thirty raspberry plants last year. Only fourteen survived the dry, hot spring of South Georgia, and I wrote you. You said you would send replacements this spring. We enjoyed the few berries we got last year (first season) from the time they first produced until frost.

I got the replacements in March, just as promised, and they are all producing beautiful, sweet berries. The second year plants are loaded. I cannot believe how sweet they are, and so prolific! With just cream on them, they make a wonderful dessert, much sweeter than most strawberries.

As I said, dealing on the internet can be hit or miss, and I wanted to tell you that you are definitely a "Hit." I would not hesitate recommending you and your products to potential customers. Thank you for great berries and equally great service.

Thank you for the quick response and replacing the blackberry bushes. No apology needed. I am a very satisfied 1st time customer, especially with the quick response to this issue. I will highly recommend you to others when asked about my plants and I will order from your company again in the future. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Wow, I got 107% of the raspberries out of dormancy (you sent 16). I suppose8 days on UPS was the problem before. This order was sent to N.Y. and carried 14 back to Boise, Idaho. This is high desert country here and the Josephine and Caroline do well here. I have Autumn Bliss also but it winter kills (spring kills actually) badly. The Josephine actually is the least damaged by winter kill. We have a late enough frost that we get most of the crop in the fall, but to be on the safe side I go for a summer crop also. The Josephine also canopies the berries with its leaves so solar scald is not a problem as it is with the other raspberries. I'm spreading the word and berry plants. I only planted one of the plants on this last order. The rest went to friends. I like the productivity of the Caroline, but if you put a bowl of mixed berries out the Josephine will be eaten first. Just thought I'd give you some feedback.

Vickie,

Just wanted to thank you and your associates at Nourse for great service and exceptional plants. I've included two pictures showing the 75 plants I purchased (starter kit) and planted 4/15 down here in KY. They are doing better than I ever hoped and much better than some plants my parents planted in PA. I'm not sure where they purchased their plants, but after I show them these pictures, you can be sure that they will order from you in the upcoming years. Thanks Again.

I liked your web site and you had what I was looking for. When I looked at your catalog I knew I had found the place to get my plants. They came at the time promised and were in good condition. The plants are in the ground now, growing and looking very nice. I am well pleased with them. Thanks.

Hey, just wanted to thank you for my order of asparagus, 99% living. Just a quick note that I am really pleased with your product. Hope they taste as good as they look. I soaked mine in water until they started to sprout really worked well. Who knows, maybe I missed a hole when I planted.

I received my plants on 20 April 2005. I had to write and tell you that I have been planting blueberries for about 35 years, and these plants I received are the most beautiful mail order plants I have ever received in all those years. Thank you.

Gentlemen,

I have been planting strawberries for over 40 years at our home. I have never received plants, which were in better condition than these Cavendish - no mold, no dried out, fine roots, with only one without a crown. Thank you and congratulations

Just a note to let you know how pleased I am with the plants you sent this spring. All 50 asparagus plants not only lived, but are thriving. The raspberries and blackberries are also doing beautifully. Since you do not sell boysenberry plants, I had to order those from another vendor. Your packaging was superior, and plants arrived in perfect condition. Thank you from a satisfied customer.

Thank you very much for the MacDonald Rhubarb bulk replacement and what fast service! The bulb is such a nice healthy looking one too. I planted it right away and the new growth is peeking through the ground. We've been real pleased with all the other plants and appreciate your good service.

Dear Nourse Farms and Family,

We would like to express our true satisfaction and utmost comments to your service and plants. Last year we ordered 20 raspberry plants. They arrived with leaves and some with sticks. I laughed at the 4 inch plants. Our 20 sticks and leaves turned into about 85 plants. We have so many and the quality of the items are just beautiful. Every plant has been given tender loving care and looking to a truly successful harvest this year. I'm sure next years crop will be massive since the 20 mature plants will bear fruit and the other 50 are too young but next year " What a blessing"! Friends comment on our private raspberry garden daily. Thanks for the expertise in growing your product and please share our thoughts with future customers. What can we do with all the fruit?

Again, we will be placing an order for blueberries. Our neighbors are catching on to the wonders of " Nourse Farms". They will be ordering with us. We love it!

Sincerely.

Starting a new berry patch (and hopefully a business) is challenging and a little intimidating. Every contact with your staff has been encouraging and informational. It is easy to tell that I am dealing with quality professionals, which in turn gives me confidence that the product ordered will be the same.

I look forward to consulting and doing business with you for years to come!
