I bought these late in the season- the end of June, against recommendations. I am pleased to say they grew and are thriving! Of 50+ plants that came, none died! And, since the plants were looking so healthy, I let them flower and fruit, though I know it's not recommended. I GOT OVER 6 POUNDS of delicious red strawberries betweeen the end of July/ early August and now! Though not as big and sweet as I was expecting, I'm sure this had to do with them fruiting out of season, as some were larger and sweeter than others. The plants look great and are now sending out runners like crazy. I can't wait to see how many berries I get next year. Also, the customer service was excellent when I called to place my order.

I purchased the Brunswick plants in early spring with them arriving in such beautiful condition. Healthy green plants with the largest root systems I've ever encountered. I watched the Nourse video on planting and read the instructions. Followed all to a T and let only one plant bear a berry which was awesome. I now have the most beautiful row of vibrant plants. I'm eagerly awaiting spring of next year to harvest berries. Couldn't be happier with the plants.
