Jersey blueberry is a late-season variety that is easy to grow, high-yielding, and one of the oldest and most widely grown blueberry varieties. The berries are dark blue, medium in size, and very sweet. A tall and well-shaped bush, it has excellent ornamental value.

Bought and planted these in 2010 (2020 now!) These are by far are favorite in the patch. They do reach 8 feet in time. Flavor most resembles the wild high bush flavor you find in your old picking grounds. Very sweet in a good way. Also makes a nice hedge.

Jersey is a vigorus grower for me but hasn't produced much yet. (2yrs). I plant mine in 6gal pots. For winter protection I tie the canes' up and tip the plants on their side and cover with snow.
