I bought these in 2021 along with Boyne. This year, they are clearly more vigorous than the Boyne and are sending up many suckers, whereas the Boyne are not. I only lost one plant, whereas with the Boyne I lost about 6. I wasn’t as assertive with my watering as I should have been, but I do like having a rather low-key variety and this one seems to be it.

05/08/2022The patch of Latham raspberries always have produced a crop since 1980. All I have to do is replace a few cane groups every other year.

02/12/2020I purchased 25 of these plants for Spring 2018 planting. The plants arrived with good root systems and I had them in the ground the day they arrived. 2 plants didn't survive, but the 23 that did made up for that. This cultivar is extremely vigorous and not only fought off the Japanese Beetle infestation I have every year, but sent up numerous new shoots and provided more than a cup full of berries too! I can't wait for next year!

09/22/2018These Raspberry’s were developed by my family and the U of MN. I bought these from Nourse and the root system was amazing along with the growing packets included. I use soaker hoses at the base of the plants and most of the suckers grow on the water line. Amazing flavor and great harvest for the month of July and early August. They don’t bear all summer but make it very easy to have enough for Jam etc... I’d highly recommend Nourse and I have. Thank you for the great plants.

08/27/2018I bought 10 Latham raspberries this spring and they arrived looking extremely healthy with great root systems. Unfortunately one died but that was due to my neglect. The others look very good.
