At Nourse Farms, our mission is to deliver high-quality plants and exceptional customer service. We ensure your plants arrive on time, along with the care instructions needed to set you up for success.
We guarantee our plants to grow during the season you receive them. If you encounter any issues—such as quality concerns due to shipping or failure to establish growth—please contact us immediately so we can address the problem. When notified early in the season, we may be able to replace your plants during the same growing season. If not, we will arrange for replacement plants to be sent the following season. Waiting until summer may reduce our ability to assist you or save your plants. All decisions about replacements and refunds are at Nourse Farms discretion.
Important Notes:
- You may be asked to provide a photo of your plants.
- Orders shipped after June 1 are not eligible for refunds if canceled.
- Replacement plants and refunds are at Nourse Farms discretion.
- Nourse Farms’ liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the product only.
